Located on South Congress Avenue, the community is just a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Austin. Residents enjoy convenient access to major highways, grocery stores, and a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

What types of apartments do you offer?

We offer a selection of spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes to suit a variety of living needs and lifestyles.

What lease terms are available?

We currently offer 2-15 month lease terms. Short term leases are only on select homes.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

We do not offer furnished apartments; however, we partner with CORT Furniture for convenient furniture rental options if needed.

Is washer/dryer included?

Yes! Each apartment home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

What amenities are included?

Avana SoCo is home to a 24-hour fitness center, two pools, one hot tub, a co-working space to include a full conference room, clubhouse complete with a pool table and shuffleboard, a dog park, and a grilling area!

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly! We allow two pets per home with a one-time pet fee of $500/pet, one-time pet deposit of $100/pet, and monthly pet rent of $30/pet. Breed restrictions apply. 

Is there on-site maintenance?

Yes! Our maintenance team is onsite Monday through Friday and available 24/7 for emergency requests. Service requests can be easily submitted online for your convenience.

Is there gated entry?

Our community offers controlled gated entry to help manage access.We also partner with an after-hours patrol service that monitors the property during evening hours.

Is parking included?

We offer a variety of parking options to fit your needs, including complimentary first-come, first-served parking, as well as available carports and private garages for rent.

How does the application process work?

The application process is simple and convenient. Start by applying online through our website and our team will reach out within 24 business hours with an update on your application status. Next, you’ll complete our online income and identity verification process. Once approved, we’ll provide all necessary documents and guide you through each remaining step, answering any questions along the way.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents. You may choose to obtain coverage through your own insurance provider or through our preferred partner. Specific coverage requirements and details will be provided upon approval.

Do you offer online rent payments and resident portals?

Yes! Our online resident portal makes it easy to manage everything in one place, including making payments, messaging the office, and submitting service requests.
